This page explains the information used by Boardbuddyquivar.pics and the choices available when you read the site or prepare a message.
Who to contact
Boardbuddyquivar.pics is an independent informational website about tabletop photography. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify the correspondence or browser preference concerned, but do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is specifically needed.
Reading the website
The site consists of static pages, local images, a stylesheet and a small script. The site code does not include advertising pixels, analytics services, account registration or third-party embedded media. Loading a page still involves technical information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, being processed by the server or hosting infrastructure that delivers it.
Hosting and security logs may be used to deliver the site, diagnose errors and protect against abuse. The page code does not determine the hosting provider's log retention period. We do not claim that visiting a website is anonymous simply because it has no analytics script.
The local contact drafting tool
Details entered into the contact drafting tool are processed in your browser. The tool does not send them to this website, store them in localStorage or submit them to an email service. Copying places the draft on your device's clipboard after your action. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. Your operating system, browser or clipboard synchronization settings may affect how those copies are retained.
If you choose to send the draft using your own email application, your email address, message and any information you include are processed through the relevant email providers and received as ordinary correspondence. Do not send sensitive personal data or photographs containing information you do not want shared in that way.
Email correspondence
We use received messages to consider questions, handle corrections, address privacy requests and respond where appropriate. We retain correspondence only as reasonably needed for those purposes, necessary recordkeeping or legal obligations. We do not sell message contents or use them to build advertising profiles. Access may be required by service providers supporting email delivery or by a lawful request.
Browser storage
